Returns Policy

This worldwide applicable return policy covers all non-custom premium clothing sold in our boutique, valid within 30 calendar days after receiving parcels. Returned outfits need to maintain factory-new status without washing, wear traces or artificial damage. All matching belts, decorative accessories, brand tags and gift packing must be sent back together intact.

Categories excluded from return service: intimate undergarments, swimsuits, tailor-made customized outfits and end-of-season promotional clearance goods. Any garments that have been ironed, altered or worn for outdoor occasions will be rejected directly.

Customers bear all return postage for subjective change-of-mind returns. When you receive clothes with fabric flaws, uneven stitching, transit damage or incorrect shipments, our store covers all return shipping costs and provides two solutions: full refund or free replacement.

Once our QC team finishes detailed inspection, refunds will be issued to your original payment channel within 7–10 working days. Exchange service only opens for standard in-stock styles, and all return procedures must gain prior confirmation from support staff.
