These Terms specify product characteristics, wearing notes and fabric maintenance rules for all apparel items sold in our store. Different fabrics including cotton, linen, polyester, chiffon, knit, denim and blended materials have natural textile properties such as slight shrinkage, soft wrinkle, minor floating thread and texture difference, which are inherent fabric features instead of manufacturing defects.
Each product page is equipped with professional washing and care instructions. Users shall follow the guidance for daily wearing, washing, ironing and storage. Damage, deformation, shrinkage, fading and pilling caused by improper washing, high-temperature ironing, machine violent washing, long-time soaking and incorrect wearing are not covered by quality after-sales guarantee.
Handmade stitching, manual cutting and handmade decoration details on garments may carry tiny craft traces within industrial tolerance. These subtle handmade features will not affect daily wearing and overall appearance, and cannot be used as valid reasons for return and exchange.
We guarantee all clothing is brand new, unused and strictly inspected before shipment. Obvious factory defects such as broken stitching, serious fabric damage, wrong pattern printing and defective cutting quality are fully covered by our after-sales policy within the valid period.
Seasonal clothing, lightweight sheer fabric and special craft apparel have unique wearing limitations confirmed on the detail page. Subjective feelings such as thinness, slight transparency and soft hand feel do not constitute product quality problems and are not supported for unconditional return compensation.
